BISS GCH PENPOINT KING ARTHUR--wins the Pointer Club of Southern California Specialty under breeder/judge Paul Robinson (Robwyn) of New Zealand! Congratulations to owner, Kim Bakker, and handler Mike Stone!
2011 Year in Review
"Arthur" GCH Penpoint In Dress Blues was once again a Top 5 Pointer (all systems). Winner of five group 1st this year, and two American Pointer Club supported entry Best of Breeds.
"King" GCH Penpoint King Arthur--#10 Pointer all breed in limited showing.
"Merlyn" GCH Penpoint-Honor Abracadabra--Group winner and multi group placer. Select Dog and 1st Award of Merit at the National Specialty.
"Andrew"--Ch. Penpoint Win'ter Games--finished at under 8 months of age from the Bred By class with a group placement. As one of the youngest dogs competing in the entire show, he earned an Award of Excellent at the AKC/Eukanuba National Championship at 11 months of age.
"Charlotte"--Ch. Edgehill's Just Another Cloud in the Sky--finished her championship by winning the breed from the classes at an American Pointer Club supported entry.
"Clutch"--Ch. Penpoint-Honor Ablaze--won back-to-back majors at American Pointer Club supported entries.
"Cirrus"--Ch. Penpoint-Honor Above the Clouds--went to his new home in Chile and is a multiple group winner there in limited showing.
"Emi"--Penpoint Win Chill Factor--has 8 points and a major from the puppy class.
"Norm"--Penpoint Everybody Knows My Name--won 7 points and 2 majors and a Best of Breed over a special from the 6-9 class.
"Joanie"--Ch. Penpoint Tangled Up In Blue--presented us with 8 beautiful babies on December 13th, sired by the stunning Ch. HiPoint Devious-Child of Sgurr.
"Savvy"--GCH Penpoint San Antonio Rose--completed her grand championship requirements this summer, and is expecting puppies sired by Merlyn in late January.
"Arthur", "Merlin" and "Savvy" teamed together to win the sporting group and Reserve Best in Show at the Eukanuba Breeders' Stakes in San Antonio this summer.
In July, Jason and Laurie Palmer became a part of the Penpoint team--we look forward to a long partnership with our dear friends.
